As part of the Groundspring Home Health team, you will engage in client-centered care, providing nutrition interventions and guidance in the home setting. Your expertise will play a key role in community education while addressing malnutrition and advocating for client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement effective nutrition care plans
• Provide food security education to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate community nutrition interventions
• Ensure client-centered care in all interactions
Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian in British Columbia
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Experience in enteral nutrition design and administration
