Responsibilities

Coordinates and directs daily the activities of the assigned production team to maximize productivity while maintaining quality. Ensures all safety procedures are followed and metrics met. Investigates, trouble‑shoots and provides solutions to escalated production problems. Provides training for other assembly workers. Assigns work, reviews metrics, resolves issues that are escalated.
