Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact responsible for managing and growing relationships, routinely marketing to and engaging with assigned customers to drive increased market share as the solutions distributor of choice.
- Create and deliver solutions to customers, using judgment and discretion to select appropriate tools, technical knowledge, and configurations for hardware, software, services, and design.
- Utilize SME knowledge to identify and analyze applicable programs, promotions, and add‑ons, advising customers on TD SYNNEX’s broad product portfolio, including product education, technical guidance, cross‑reference assistance, and support for hardware, software, services, renewals, warranty uplifts, consolidations, and additional solutions.
