This is not a “wait for the leads and follow the script” sales role.
This role is for a sales killer with real B2B experience — someone who can handle outbound calls, inbound leads, follow-ups, objection handling, CRM discipline, and pipeline ownership without needing to be spoon-fed every step.
You will be responsible for selling ScaleSource staffing solutions into a specific vertical. That means:
- Calling companies with active job openings
- Calling companies without active job openings
- Working inbound leads
- Helping build scripts
- Improving offers
- Testing messaging
- Supporting recruiting
- Giving marketing and content feedback based on what the market is actually saying
