Position Summary

The Project Manager’s job is to design a system (Heating, Cooling, IAQ) to meet the desired comfort of the client.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designing a comfort system for the customers and performing a complete comfort survey and home analysis on every home.
2. Complete load calculation on every call.
3. Complete inspection of all duct work.
4. Perform comfort and air quality survey.
5. Responsible for all paperwork financing, rebate, tax credit as well as ensuring collection of payment.
6. Perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as invoicing and financing.
