Your responsibilities- Coordinate production KPIs and ensure target achievement
- Enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage shift performance and production schedules
- Monitor maintenance needs and resolve technical issues
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in plastics or related production
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with KPI management and troubleshooting
- Flexibility for shift rotation and hands-on involvement
