Job responsibilities 
Own APAC governance delivery: Lead execution of APAC data governance priorities, translating Firmwide strategy into an actionable roadmap with clear outcomes and timelines.
Run governance forums: Manage governance routines (steerco/working groups), including agendas, materials, decisions, actions, and escalation paths.
Drive controls & compliance: Coordinate workstreams (., privacy, data storage, lineage, access/controls) to align with Firmwide policy and local regulatory requirements.
Lead issue & risk management: Identify systemic issues, drive root-cause resolution, and manage executive communications on risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Metrics & transparency: Define and maintain key KPIs/KRIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to evidence progress and control effectiveness.
Influence and align stakeholders: Build strong partnerships with Front Office, Business Managers, Operations, Technology, AI/ML...
