Key Accountabilities Sales Leadership & Growth

Set and execute market strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across assigned portfolios.

Lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers to deliver on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Monitor performance against business plans to reinforce sales discipline, identify gaps and strengths, and coach for consistent sales execution and high-quality client experiences.

Lead execution of change plans, ensuring readiness and adoption through to drive successful implementation and lasting impact.

Business Development & Market Presence

Build and expand relationships with key industry partners, associations, and centers of influence to position BMO as a trusted market leader.
