Job Description

The Vice President, Corporate Controller is a senior leader within the accounting management team responsible for overseeing the company’s day‑to‑day accounting operations. The role leads the accounting team, owns the monthly close and reporting cycle, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulatory requirements. It partners closely with the Chief Accounting Officer and finance leadership to support operational excellence, reporting integrity, and scalable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all core accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and the month‑end close process.
• Mentor and lead a high‑performing accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
