Vice President, Enterprise IT and Data Transformation

IMCO is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise IT and Data Transformation on a full‑time, permanent basis. The VP reports to the Chief Technology and Data Officer and is accountable for shaping and delivering enterprise‑wide technology and data platforms that enable the firm’s long‑term transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture
  • Establish and govern enterprise‑wide architecture principles, standards, and decision frameworks.
  • Ensure all technology and data investments align with long‑term, interoperable, and scalable design.
  • Lead enterprise architecture review and decision forums to reduce fragmentation and technical debt.
  • Evolve the enterprise technology and data roadmap in partnership with IT leadership and in alignment with the company strategy.
