Vice President, Fund Accounting - Private Assets

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support
• Execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
• Oversee resource allocation and workflow to meet client SLAs
• Ensure efficient and effective daily operations
• Oversee periodic Net Asset Value calculations for the Private Equity Funds, including Financial Statement preparation, trial balance review, and Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculations
• Review the calculation of fund-specific expenses, including admin fees, management fees, carried interest and other applicable fees
• Review accounting work, capital events, other client deliverables, investor statements and reporting prepared by staff
• Ensure documentation is compliant with internal and external/regulatory standards
• Review private equity funds’ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials
