The Opportunity

Rodan Energy is one of North America's fastest-growing energy services companies focused on Making Sustainable and Attainable. We're entering our most ambitious chapter yet. We're looking for a senior HR leader who builds, scales, and leads, and who treats people strategy as a core driver of company performance.

Reporting to the CEO and partnering with the executive team, the Vice President, Human Resources will own Rodan's people mandate end-to-end. Two priorities will define success in this role above everything else: acquiring A-player talent across North America, and developing the people and leaders who will carry Rodan into its next decade.
