Vice President of Finance

For over 120 years, Wabi Iron & Steel has served the North American mining industry. Today, we are entering an exciting new chapter through a multi-million-dollar Foundry Modernization & Expansion Program, introducing new automated equipment, ERP upgrades, and facility improvements. As we continue this period of growth, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team. This role oversees Wabi’s financial operations and supports the multi-phase modernization and expansion program, working closely with operations, engineering, lenders, and customers to ensure continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, reporting, and financial controls
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial statements
• Support capital projects and modernization initiatives
• Partner with operations on cost accounting and performance
• Liaise with lenders, auditors, and advisors
