Vice President Operations - Electronics Manufacturing

Our client, a privately backed electronics manufacturing platform, is being established to deliver a focused alternative to traditional Tier 1 EMS models, combining advanced manufacturing capabilities, controlled-environment production, and high-reliability execution within a more agile, specialized operating structure.

Targeting complex, regulated, and mission-critical applications, the platform is designed to meet and, where appropriate, outperform the standards established by global EMS leaders, particularly in areas where precision, environmental control, traceability, and supply chain security are paramount.

Operating from a fully established 37,000 sq. ft. facility, including a 10,000 sq. ft. cleanroom, the organization is purpose-built to support high-mix, high-complexity PCBA and system-level assemblies across prototype, NPI, and scalable production.
