Summary

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Human Resources is a key strategic leader responsible for shaping, driving, and owning the HR and cultural strategy for a fast‑growing, multi‑site, North American organization. The VP HR ensures that the HR function enables organizational performance, talent attraction and retention, operational excellence, and a strong, engaging, and inclusive culture. The role oversees the full HR ecosystem across Canada and the United States, supporting more than 1,100 employees across 60+ sites.
