As Vice‑Principal, you will support instructional leadership and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture. Working collaboratively with the Principal, you will help foster strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners. You will assist in supporting student success, promoting culturally responsive learning environments grounded in Inuit Societal Values, and advancing school priorities related to literacy, inclusion, and student well‑being. Resiliency, adaptability and resourcefulness (Qanuqtuurniq) are assets to employment and northern life.
