Enhance VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.'s virtual desktop infrastructure as a VDI Engineer in Lavender. This full-time position demands expertise and problem-solving.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s VDI systems. Your role includes optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the infrastructure while providing top-notch technical support to users. Collaboration with various teams will be key to designing and deploying effective VDI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee virtual machines, storage, and networking components
• Resolve issues ensuring high VDI availability and efficiency
• Optimize user experiences and resource management
• Work with teams on VDI design and deployment
• Provide training and technical support to users
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a VDI-related role
• Extensive experience with VDI technologies like VMware
• Knowledge in managing virtual infrastructure and security
