About the Expert Medical Services (EMS) Program

The EMS program connects members with specialty‑matched physicians who provide expert guidance on diagnoses, treatment options, and complex medical concerns. Physicians collaborate closely with Teladoc’s internal clinical teams to deliver comprehensive, personalized expert evaluations. The program operates Monday‑Friday 8am‑8pm EST and requires a higher level of clinical engagement and time commitment per case compared to standard telehealth services.
