Visual Effects Artist

This Game Studio is looking for a talented VFX Artist to join our team. If you have a passion for mobile game systems and a desire to work in a truly cross-functional, small studio environment - we would love to hear from you!

This is a fully remote contract position in BC.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling realtime UI and In game visual effects, and particles that align with the game's art direction.
• Ensure effects are highly optimized for mobile hardware performance without compromising visual fidelity.
• Work with designers and engineers to integrate effects into gameplay, UI/UX, and environments
• Develop textures, materials and meshes specifically for effects.
• Refine effects based on feedback from art leads and team members.
