About The Role

As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and guiding hand for our volunteer community. From recruitment to appreciation, you will play a vital role in ensuring our volunteers feel valued, informed, and connected to the meaningful work they do.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new volunteers, collaborating with Store Liaisons to identify volunteer needs and actively recruit suitable candidates.
• Clearly communicate the Store’s mission, values, and organizational structure to prospective volunteers.
• Guide new volunteers through our established 5‑step screening process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records, including contact information and screening documentation.
