Volunteer Engagement Leader

The Volunteer Engagement Leader supports the delivery of municipal recreation and culture programs, events, and community initiatives by coordinating a consistent, safe, and welcoming volunteer program within Parks, Recreation and Culture. The role builds strong relationships with staff, volunteers and community partners, ensures safe and inclusive volunteer practices and maintains statistics and compiles reports.

Compensation & Work Term

Fixed term contract for 40 weeks - June 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Hourly wage of $21.44, 11.25 hours per week.
