Our client is a fast-growing global confectionery company seeking a

VP of Sales – Canada

to lead commercial strategy, channel growth, and market expansion across Canada. This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting directly to global leadership, with the opportunity to build the Canadian business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the Canadian sales strategy

Grow existing retail partnerships with major national accounts

Expand SKU listings and improve in-store execution

Build a scalable direct + distributor route-to-market model

Open new channels, including regional retail and wholesale

Partner closely with global HQ leadership

Help build the local team and infrastructure over time
