Our client is a fast-growing global confectionery company seeking a VP of Sales – Canada to lead commercial strategy, channel growth, and market expansion across Canada. This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting directly to global leadership, with the opportunity to build the Canadian business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Canadian sales strategy
- Grow existing retail partnerships with major national accounts
- Expand SKU listings and improve in-store execution
- Build a scalable direct + distributor route-to-market model
- Open new channels, including regional retail and wholesale
- Partner closely with global HQ leadership
- Help build the local team and infrastructure over time
