The Global Solution Design & Management (SDM) Capability Lead is a key member of the Corporate CIO team, responsible for driving technology solutions and product evolution. In addition to leading the SDM capability, this role owns portfolio and program management across the CIO organization—establishing governance, prioritization, and delivery transparency to ensure investments align to business outcomes and risk posture.
This leader shapes the overall technology strategy and evolution for enterprise platforms and services by staying connected to delivery details—reviewing designs, challenging assumptions, and ensuring architecture and execution choices support scalability, resilience, security, and cost efficiency. He/she also directly guide and empower BA, Program, Product and Solution Architecture teams to think differently, leverage AI appropriately, and accelerate modernization across application, data, and integration landscapes.
