Department: Warehouse
Reports To: General Stores Manager
The Warehouse Administrator supports the operations Department by managing documentation, inventory records, procurement coordination and all administrative duties of the warehouse. The role requires strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Warehouse Coordination
• Manage daily administrative operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, petty cash, delivery notes, stock movement sheets, and internal memos.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for all warehouse documents (digital & hardcopy).
• Oversee office supplies, consumables, and equipment needed for warehouse operations
Communication & Reporting
• Serve as the communication point between the warehouse manager and management
