Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor

Manage storage, receipt, storage, delivery, and continuous improvement projects. Promotes a disciplined operating culture and develops improvement strategies to support business objectives. Work transversally to plan, execute and maintain improvements in business processes.

• Responsible for inventory accuracy, execution of cycle counts, and the planning and preparation of the annual physical inventory.
• Actively participates in and develops projects focused on reducing operating expenses related to inventory management (Kaizen).
• Reviews and coordinates ERP system configurations related to data integrity.
• Evaluates local transportation performance, as well as shipping and receiving activities in alignment with shipping windows.
• Develops improvement plans based on KPI (dashboard) results.
• Ensures compliance with CTPAT & OEA standards.
• Manages expense accounts against budget.
