Lead the Warehouse Team in Guelph as the Production Team Lead. This afternoon role involves overseeing workflows and mentoring a skilled team while ensuring top performance.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for leadership and coaching. As a Team Lead, you will work closely with the Production Manager and assist team members in achieving daily goals. Your responsibilities include performance reviews, training, and leading daily meetings to enhance productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Production Manager for workflow adjustments
• Pick, sort, pack, and ship orders efficiently
• Conduct performance reviews for Warehouse Associates
• Maintain a comprehensive cleaning schedule
• Run daily standup shift meetings for staff alignment
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
