Warehouse Supervisor

HND or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or related role. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office tools.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with warehouse regulations.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on inventory and operations.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet delivery schedules.

• Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve efficiency and skill.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or operational issues.
