Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our evening shift team.
This is a permanent position offering stability and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the presence of all workers at the beginning of each shift.
• Follow up on employee training with the teams in place.
• Manage employee breaks, lateness, and absences.
• Conduct floor walks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and productivity optimization.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
