Warehouse Team Lead

Amylior is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations at its Vaudreuil distribution center. This role is hands‑on and central to coordinating warehouse activities, leading a team, and ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the warehouse team (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Plan and assign daily tasks to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper transaction processing in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central .
• Actively participate in day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health and safety standards, and best practices.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, customer service, and transportation teams.
