Introduction

The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a detail oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our Service team at Jim Pattison Volkswagen Surrey .

This is a critical back end operational role responsible for processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and supporting dealership profitability through precise and compliant administration. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in accuracy.

Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regularly scheduled hours will be from Monday to Friday.
Pay Range: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience.

This role reports to the Service Manager of the dealership.
