Servco is looking for a Warranty Associate to join our Servco Quality Division. This position will play a key role in processing warranty claims and providing our dealerships assistance with dealer claims processing. Learn more about working at Servco Quality Division at
Responsibilities
- Review daily claim submission by dealers to ensure necessary information is submitted accurately.
- Analyze repairs to determine allowable conditions for warranty acceptance based on manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Determine acceptance or denial of warranty claim.
- Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim.
- Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer’s claim system.
- Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing.
- Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment.
