Become the Waterfront Director at our summer camp, overseeing all aquatic activities. Focus on safety, instruction, and the overall engagement of campers in swimming and boating programs.
This position requires strong leadership to direct the waterfront and pool activities while ensuring that all staff adhere to safety protocols. You will evaluate swimming skills among campers and staff, lead instructional courses, and coordinate emergency practices. Partnership with other directors is crucial to enhance the camp experience through diverse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise swimming sessions and waterfront events
• Test and classify swimming abilities of all participants
