Overview

Reporting to the National Head of Sales, Wealth and Retirement Advice, the Regional Vice President (RVP) is accountable for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the PlanRight Wealth and Retirement Western Regional team. This role will lead a distributed team of regional advisors, driving regional sales outcomes, advisor productivity, and client engagement excellence. The RVP plays a critical leadership role in shaping sales strategy, building advisor capability, and aligning cross‑functional partners to deliver a best‑in‑class advice experience to members.
