Your job:

• Provide administrative support to the team to ensure superior customer service, in person, over the phone, and by email
• Coordinate the schedules of wealth management advisors
• Prepare the required documentation ahead of scheduled meetings
• Follow up with clients before and after meetings
• Ensure accurate processing of regulatory updates and follow up on any missing documentation
