Web Architect - Customer Relationship Management

Position Overview

The Web Architect - Customer Relationship Management is responsible for providing Technical Systems support for the City of Vaughan’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environment. This includes analyzing technical requirements, designing and developing custom solutions, recommending technical approaches, and performing unit testing, deployments and related documentation. The Web Architect - Customer Relationship Management ensures alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and involves solving complex technical issues while offering expert guidance to internal staff. They will participate in project teams and initiatives, including designing security models, developing efficient data management systems and system integrations. Participation in internal and external teams and committees pertaining to the City’s CRM strategy is also expected.
