We are looking for a provider to anchor our mid‑week coverage with a recurring Wednesday First Call (24‑Hour) shift. Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized Salary (Based on Experience | Inclusive of call stipends):
  • 5+ Years: $382,500
  • 2–5 Years: $373,500
  • 0–2 Years: $364,500
• Sign‑On Bonus: $40,000–$60,000 (dependent on time of commitment)
• 7 Week Unpaid Time Off
• Provider is responsible for malpractice coverage (2mil/4mil)
