Up to $415k + $40k Sign-On | Independent Practice | Wednesday 24-Hour Anchor | 7 Weeks PTO

Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Full-Time Independent Practice CRNA to join our team at St. Joseph’s Medical Center. We are looking for a provider to anchor our mid-week coverage with a recurring Wednesday First Call (24-Hour) shift. Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized Salary (Based on Experience | Inclusive of call stipend):
  • 5+ Years: $415,611.20
  • 2–5 Years: $390,609.60
  • 0–2 Years: $380,604.80
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000-$60,000 (dependent on time of commitment)
• Paid Time Off: 7 Weeks PTO
• CME Allowance: $3,000 annually
