**Vacante para la empresa Unilink Transportation en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León**:This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Validate loads status to all load stages (i.e. pick up, in transit, border crossing, and delivery).
- Constant communication with carriers and drivers to validate load status.
- Request GPS Tracking from Driver / Carrier.
- Confirm Pickup and Delivery appointment with Driver, Carrier, Consignee and / or shipper.
- Request documentation regarding BOL and seal.
- Execute and secure on time pickup and delivery according to operational standards.
- If border crossing applies; manage and execute international border crossing procedures.
- Confirm unloading notification with driver, carrier, and consignee.
- Secure and Upload POD.
