What you’ll do

• Create, review, maintain and provide guidance on welding procedures (WPS), welding specifications and standard operating procedures for each product family.
• Inspect weld samples and/or perform non‑destructive testing (NDT) to evaluate weld quality.
• Set up welding qualification tests and keep welder qualifications updated and current as required.
• Design, develop and implement fixtures for welding processes.
• Provide technical guidance and training on welding methods.
• Ensure welders fully understand and correctly interpret the requirements of drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement engineering change notifications (ECN) or new product introductions (NPI), ensuring compliance of all weld requirements in drawings.
