Enhance student success as a Pathways to Wellness Partner at Prairie Valley School Division in Regina. This role is dedicated to supporting students through mental health challenges and addictions.
Starting on August 26, 2026, this permanent, full-time position focuses on providing effective short-term counseling and connecting students with community support. You'll perform culturally sensitive assessments and work collaboratively with educators and families to foster well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide addictions counseling and assessments for students
• Develop safety planning strategies for at-risk students
• Conduct trauma-informed assessments of student progress
• Coordinate referrals to community services
• Train and offer consultation support to school staff
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Registration with the Saskatchewan psychology or social worker bodies
