Reporting directly to the Environmental Service Manager, you will handle a range of maintenance tasks, including overseeing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring equipment safety. You will also undertake necessary repairs and complete maintenance reports while checking operational logs for compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the Preventive Maintenance Program diligently
• Perform essential repairs including plumbing and carpentry
• Regularly inspect mechanical and Life Safety equipment
• Maintain safe storage practices for tools
• Coordinate with contractors for annual checks
Requirements:
