Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Overview

The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Demand Management team, supporting the accurate and timely execution of wholesale customer orders for Aldo / APS Brands. This role is essential to ensuring on-time delivery and order accuracy, while providing visibility of issues and delays to our internal teams. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and curious professional who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage wholesale outbound orders in SAP from entry to fulfillment
• Maintain an accurate order book and provide visibility using SAP, BI tools, and Excel reports
• Build and analyze Excel files using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation
• Manage customer-specific delivery SOPs and compliance requirements
