This role focuses on gathering business requirements, optimizing PLM processes, and aligning Windchill capabilities with business needs across engineering and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Windchill PLM solutions.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Map business processes to Windchill Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities, minimizing customization.
• Configure workflows, lifecycles, and support integrations with CAD and ERP systems.
• Support BOM management and Change Management processes.
