As a Winery Associate you’ll be the face of the Estate: welcoming guests, guiding tastings and tours, supporting our Grill service, and jumping into high‑energy events. From relaxed afternoons on the patio to 500‑guest events, no two shifts are the same—and that’s the fun of it.

What you’ll do

Guest experience + wine

• Create warm, fun, professional guest experiences during tastings and retail purchases
• Deliver entertaining and informative tours, including structured tastings for groups
• Share wine stories, answer guest questions, and help guests find their perfect bottle
