Advance performances and rentals; translate technical requirements into staffing and execution plans Supervise our Full-Time Senior Theatre Technician and coordinate a casual, event-by-event non-union crew Lead load-ins/outs, rehearsals, performances, and changeovers Maintain venue technical standards and oversee system readiness (lighting/audio/video/rigging/stage operations) Champion safety, training, and effective supervision consistent with Manitoba workplace safety expectations Hands‑on + Growth: As a small institution, you’ll sometimes be hands‑on operating or providing technician support.
