Rosehill Wine Cellars is looking for an experienced Woodshop Production Manager to lead our woodshop team and oversee the production of premium custom wine cellars, wine racking, cabinetry, and furniture‑grade millwork.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands fine woodworking, cabinetmaking, production flow, machinery, finishing standards, and the importance of delivering beautiful, high‑quality work on schedule.
The ideal candidate is a skilled woodworker, a practical problem solver, and a strong shop leader who can keep people, materials, machines, and jobs moving efficiently.
