Work Week Leader

What will you be doing!

• Leading the weekly scope of work and aligning schedules with site priorities and resource availability.
• Tracking and coordinating upcoming maintenance and project work.
• Consulting with Facility and Equipment Owners to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
• Reviewing and assessing work plans, sequencing tasks, and adapting schedules as needed.
• Evaluating emergent and high‑priority issues to adjust schedules effectively.
• Implementing long‑term plans to improve equipment availability and reliability.
• Leading and participating in meetings using strong written and verbal communication.
• Providing planning support, monitoring progress, and offering schedule updates.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.
