Workday Advanced Compensation Specialist

The Workday Compensation Expert forms part of the Application Development track in the IT function. The role requires analysis, integration development, and configuration of the Workday platform. The position is located in Queretaro and reports to the Manager.

• Be a subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, including:
  • Workday Core Compensation
  • Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Workday HCM
  • Workday Advanced Security
  • Workday Reporting

• Independently manage the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and compensation review processes within Workday.
