Workday Compensation Consultant

About the Role

Work with functional leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements. Provide support in helping clients making key business process decisions. Help clients configure industry standards within the Workday Compensation solution and provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes. Have a high-level understanding of Annual Remuneration Review process.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement requirements in the Workday Compensation solution.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
• Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
